ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner

This gentle, everyday toner is also formulated with panthenol, allantoin and betaine to effectively protect and soothe irritated skin. In conjunction with HATCHING EX-07, a patented enzyme-based ingredient that helps slough away dead cells, skin is left softer and smoother overall, without getting red or irritated.

Best suited for combination, dry and sensitive skin. 

Suggested Use:

After cleansing the face, soak a cotton pad with a small amount, then gently wipe away from the inside corner outwards.
